We Make a BLOOD And SAND Cocktail by the TIKI-TI with Fernando The BULL Inside the Desert Oasis Room

On this episode we are joined by friend David Badgerow, host of Cocktail Fridays to explore the story and history behind the iconic Blood and Sand cocktail! We make two versions of this drink, the traditional version and the version made at the World Famous Tiki-Ti bar in Los Angeles, California! Blood and Sand Recipe: 1 part Orange Juice 1 part Sweet Vermouth (we used Dubonnet Rouge) 1 part Cherry Liqueur or Cherry Brandy (we used Luxardo Sangue Morlacco) 1 part Bourbon or Scotch Whiskey (we used Four Roses for the bourbon version and Sauza Gold for the tequila version) For traditional version: Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail tin and serve in a chilled collins glass. Garnish with an orange peel For Tiki-Ti version: Combine all ingredients with crushed ice and blend in drink mixer.
