The developer leveraged on the Guthrie Corridor Expressway and LATAR highway, timing it perfectly with their launch of the North Haven series. They fixed the access, built a clubhouse, prepared a central park, brought in a public and private school, and now working on the commercial support, all to increase the livability of the township. My favourite would be the scale of the houses here. The actual dimensions of their link houses are larger than a conventional Semi-D in the city. That greatly attracted a lot of people to move into the location. They are willing to travel slightly longer in return for having luxurious space for the family. My concern revolves around the shortage of commercial activities but it's clear that the developer is putting in lots of effort to address that. The other point would be the minor details, such as the height of the entrance floor level, termination or structural beams and etc. Overall a very solid township with all the right ingredients to be awesome=)
