Volume. UP. So, this is probably my last one. With every glorified clip dump, I tried to improve. Improve in every way I can think of. I always pushed myself to try something I never did before and not to release if I didn't truly believe I was bringing something new to the table. This meant never allowing myself to stop moving, both in and out of game. In Tf2, keeping my momentum even when it meant losing the fight.. This was not a "lesson" I learned by playing, but rather a conscious CHOICE I made before I ever moved to PC. I knew what playstyle I wanted to develop, and from the first moment I got to try it out, I knew it was undoubtedly, unabashedly, unapologetically me. When confronted with multiple enemies, I often ignored immediate danger and went for the guy way in the back doing a grapple slingshot. The biggest challenge in front of me was always the thing I was first drawn to. The thing I love most about Titanfall is that it allows for self expression in a way that no other game ever enabled me to do. While people do play it competitively (I tried it once and it was fun), in its essence, Titanfall 2 is a game about INefficiency. INeffectiveness. Trying to be effective is antithetical to what the game is trying to get you to do. The scoreboard is there because it would be silly not to have one, but the moment you begin to play FOR the scoreboard, you begin to miss out - and the moment you reject efficiency is the moment you begin to play Titanfall. Your K/D is meaningless. If you don't actively do something to get fire fucking kills, then your kills are meaningless too. It's all meaningless already.. There's no progression, there's no goal other than to play the game. No, I'm not saying you have to pick up a Kraber. You can do cool stuff with any weapon. Yes, even an SMG. The problem I see with SMGs isn't one of balance, but rather with the fact that they tend to get a new pilot to play in a SAFE, and therefore an uninspired way. Staying on the ground and strafing left and right, keeping the high ground or finding a safe spot behind some cover. You know, the kind of stuff you can do in every other FPS. Fuck safety. Let's play like fucking Vikings. Big fat thank yous: -Shibuvex - for the Cynx skin! (And that other one we don't talk about loool) -YawdinXiro - for declining to help me with the color correction, forcing me to learn to do it myself. Thank you so much - I mean that. -Neco - for being more hype about the video than me. I thought about you when I pushed myself to edit even after the original video was blocked on YT. Sorry you didn't end up in it though lol -JamesBunny - just for being you. I would probably be a different person on a different life path if I hadn't stumbled upon your channel all those years ago. Thank you bro. And last but not least, -Mio, Dual, Joubeydoobiepoopiepoops, Nay, Ghost and Skele - You guys are the real ones. Those Private matches back in quarantine are some of my fondest memories playing this game so thanks for being friends and eventually becoming.. *ahem*.. Family. uncontrollable Joubs laughter ensues Music: 1. Shotgun Hot Tub (John Wick Chapter 3 ST) 2. Keeno - Communications (You know this from Forza Horizon 5) 3.
