Hello! This was made for my high school, and was not intended for such a large audience. However, I am overjoyed that this has been beneficial to so many! If you have trouble hearing because of the music, I have also included CC subtitles if that's helpful. God bless you all! EDIT This video is getting old 😂 If something in this tutorial no longer works as demonstrated in newer versions, please let me know in the comments and I will add a note. Images, for example, have an "Image Properties" panel that contains all the image-specific properties. If you are not finding the settings you need, be sure to check both panels. ~Please feel free to use "Save" or ctrl + s AFTER you have collected for output. Collect for output again every time you add new images or fonts. ~You can adjust a value box simply by hovering over it with your mouse and scrolling as you see in the video. ~ In the image tab, there is also an "Image Effects" button that might come in handy. ~The four most important windows in the window tab (For me at least) are Properties, Align and Distribute, Layers, & Outline ~ Solid color SVG vectors work best in Scribus (from my experience at least). I was able to create my own SVG's using Adobe Illustrator and GIMP. ** Render Frame Footnote "So for anyone wondering what the render frame does. Its for rendering specific stuff like mathematical formulas using a LaTeX distribution if you have it installed. Meaning if you have a LaTeX distribution installed and if you are able to code mathematical formulas on there then right clicking the render frame will have an option called "edit source" using which you can easily add code for rendering mathematical expressions, formulas etc. This only has a use case for authors in the field of mathematics, physics, engineering and the like, hopefully someone finds this comment and finds a use case for it." - @jareenamrahs from the comments Please leave a comment if you have any questions. :)
