Drawing trip in Spain • Day 8 • Seville ➡️ Malaga

This was my final day on my solo drawing trip in Spain. I started the morning with a run and a visit to the Plaza de España in Seville, hoping to show you one last beautiful location before travelling back to Málaga. Unfortunately, I discovered at the bus station that I’d booked my ticket for the wrong day. The 1pm bus I thought I was catching didn’t even run that day, so I ended up with a two-hour wait. Instead of getting frustrated, I made the most of it. I did some drawing, caught up on work, practised my Japanese and posted on Instagram. Sometimes travel forces you to slow down whether you like it or not. Because the rail service in Spain is currently suspended following a recent accident, all of my travel has been by bus. That meant a long three-hour journey back to Málaga and only a short evening walk before the trip came to an end. Thank you for following this drawing trip through Málaga, Granada, Córdoba and Seville. I’ve loved sharing my drawings, the rainy museum visits and the everyday moments with you.
