Adjectives are important, because they define a situation, an object, an emotion. For this reason, together with Massimo Canoso, of the homonymous winery in Monteforte d'Alpone, we wanted to tease each other a bit about the best one to pair with his wines, which will be present at Risosterie di Isola della Scala from 24 to 27 April. It was a game, simply an end in itself, because in reality talking about wine is never simple. You can describe it as much as you want, try to put scents and aromas into prose, decant ideal combinations or suggest risky ones, but in the end what really counts is the direct tasting, because that's where you find (or don't find) the truth of the facts. I discovered this winery about two years ago and since then it has never betrayed my expectations. Indeed, I have noticed a constant growth in quality, which among other things has led them to obtain important awards. So it was only right that they came to Risosterie... See you there for a taste?
