Fistula is a most common condition encountered in our clinical practice. Usually patients with fistula in ano presents with pus discharge in the anus. Nowadays fistulas surgery is simple procedure and is a day care procedure the most acceptable procedure is a laser for the fistula in ano. In our centre we have lasers for fistula. Patient will come by 7am in the morning and discharge in the evening. It is a painless procedure and there will not be any post operative pain and patient can be discharged in the evening. The patient can resume dally physical activities and there will not be any difficulty for pus in stool.
