kʷasən Village is a landmark 40-acre master-planned community in Burnaby, developed in partnership by Aquilini Development, the Musqueam Indian Band, and the Tsleil-Waututh Nation. As the largest masterplan in central Burnaby, the community will include 21 residential towers across 5 distinct districts, offering a wide selection of homes—from studios to spacious three-bedroom residences.
