In this video, we explore why property goes in a cycle with recessions, booms and crashes. Historically repeating, property prices tend to repeat themselves every 18 years, this isn't an exact number but on average going back 100s of years that's what we've seen. We start with the recovery phase after a session where property prices start going up, this leads onto a mid-cycle dip or wobble where prices go down but quickly recover which then unleashes onto the explosive phase where we see prices skyrocket before a crash happens.
