You get the same buttery Biscoff crust, creamy filling, and that satisfying chocolate crack on top... but with ZERO baking. 👇 RECIPE & INGREDIENTS CRUST: 🍪 45 Biscoff cookies (350g) — crushed into fine crumbs 🧈 2/3 cup Unsalted butter, melted (150g) CHEESECAKE FILLING: 🧀 32oz Cream cheese, softened (920g / 4 blocks) 🥣 2/3 cup Greek yogurt (150g) 🍬 1 ¼ cups Powdered sugar (150g) 🍦 1 tbsp Vanilla extract 🍂 1 tsp Cinnamon TOPPING: 🍫 Melted Chocolate or Biscoff Spread (for the hard shell!) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press firmly into a springform pan (bottom and sides). Freeze for 10-15 mins. 2. In a large bowl, whip the softened cream cheese, yogurt, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth and creamy. 3. Pour the filling into the cold crust and smooth the top. 4.
