#CometTroy bought 56 acres (a 35 acre and a 21 acre lots) of raw undeveloped Middle Tennessee Woodlands in Oct 2021 from Tennessee Land and Lakes. In the fall of 2021, he stayed in a nearby campground to sleep at night and planned improvements on the land during the day.
