In this video, I'm going to walk you through all the steps in the account creation process and help you avoid the most common mistakes people make that essentially prevents them of having access to the Global version of Blade & Soul NEO. Despite the fact that the game has scheduled for 'gobal' release, NEO is in fact region locked as only a few territorories in the West are granted access to the game. HOWEVER, a few friends of mine were able to log in and play simply by selecting one of the allowed regions during the account creation process shown on the video.
