In it, I share a tip to help you keep your feet from sliding out of your shoes (or sliding forward in high heels) so you don't trip over your own shoes an face plant on the sidewalk. * YES, I have tried the shoe inserts and foot petals that are meant to solve this problem. But they never work! The friction caused from walking ALWAYS rubs them right off the shoe! They just fall right out. And I"ve tried a lot of different brands. So, I went in search of a different solution so I could stop throwing away money.* Why did I remake this video? In the original video the picture quality was terrible (read: blur central) and I took way too long to get to the point (thanks for the feedback!). Now that I have better equipment, I decided it was time to film the tip again to make it a better viewing experience.
