( They pay the owner for this ) ! If one bought here, and live here or rent here, the facilities are for you ONLY. NOT for you to give a card to your brother or sister of cousins to come and use the facilities for free. If you own a luxury apartment but live somewhere else and rent it out, YOU DO NOT have the rights to use the facilities !!! These are the rules by CBRE.
