Installing Brake Pads on my Multistrada V4S - What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

My Ducati Multistrada has now done 17,200 miles on the current brake pads and they are below the wear indicator. Join me whilst I install some new Brembo SR compound Road Racing pads. Lets see what could possibly go wrong :(( 00:00 Introduction 01:12 Parts Needed 04:17 Removing Caliper Mounting Bolts 05:53 Garden Wire to Support Caliper 06:27 Slide Caliper Off the Disc 06:37 Support Caliper with Wire 06:54 Remove Old Pads 07:59 Cleaning Caliper and Pistons 08:59 Remove Pad Tension Clip 09:54 More Caliper Cleaning 11:40 Piston Turning Tool 12:46 Fully Turned & Cleaned Pistons 13:59 Remove Lid from Brake Fluid Reservoir 15:54 Apply Red Rubber Grease 17:31 Push Pistons Back Into Caliper 19:02 Clean and Re-install Pad Retaining Clip 20:11 Install New Brembo Brake Pads 21:52 Clean Brake Disc of Old Brake Pad Compound 23:42 Re-mount Brake caliper 24:26 Copper Grease on Caliper Mounting Bolts 25:12 Insert Caliper Mounting Bolts and Touch Tighten 26:29 Push Pistons Back Out and Apply Brake Pressure 27:12 Torque Caliper Bolts to 45Nm 28:52 Left Caliper Done. Repeat with Right 29:15 Reinstall Brake Reservoir Diaphragm and Lid 29:55 Now take your bike out for a shakedown test
