Features: No adjustable retention system but comes complete with customisable and a fully interchangeable pad system that allows you to get the perfect fit. Included are: •Two liner thicknesses (13mm and 10mm) •Two neck rolls (25mm and 15mm) •Three jawpads (35mm, 25mm and 15mm). All are neatly labelled to make them super easy to identify. The ventilation: There are 25 ports to help with ventilation of which: • 11 are intake • 14 are exhaust ports It’s like having built in air conditioning!! The chin strap is connected by a magnetic Fidlock buckle system. For hygiene, TLD have included an X-Static® pure silver helmet liner that is moisture-wicking, quick-drying and odor-fighting. Protection: It is the lightest full-face helmet in it’s class starting at 690g and has an excellent pedigree of safety: • Dual density foam EPS for high speed impacts • EPP for slow speed impacts • MIPS liner (Multi-directional Impact System), • Reinforced Polylite shell with fibre reenforcing • Polyacrilite injected chin bar with a built in EXOskeleton. Tech spec’s: Weight = from 690g (my M-L is 708g) Sizes = XS-S, M-L, XL-XXL Full DH certification = CPSC 1203*, CE EN1078*, ASTM F1952-DH, ASTM 2032-BMX, *Varies by regional standards My positives: Sick looking helmet. Super comfortable. Excellent ventilation. Lightweight. DH certified. Sick looking helmet. (sorry, I’ve said that already!!) My negatives: (I've really struggled with this one!) Cost - at £275 ($299) is expensive but worth every penny! No GoPro mount on the chin bar. *Edit - How I mounted my GoPro: I wanted to keep it as small as possible so as not to block the air flow and also so the camera didn’t stick out too much, so I used a GoPro tripod mount. I used sections of cut down inner-tube as tough rubber bands to mount it and to also act as a bit of safety for the chinbar so in the event of to cam getting knocked it wouldn’t damage it.🤟.
