In this video I have shown making dosa in this Cast iron Tawa both on gas(Prestige) as well as induction(Ikea Tillreda). I purchased this from Amazon at a cost of ₹2250 and I have shared the buying link above. About the tawa : This is a 28 cm pre-seasoned cast iron round tawa/pan which can be used for making different types of dosas, uttappams, parathas, etc. with ease and speed. It is quite heavy and thick, weighing 2.5 kgs. It comes with a fabric grip for the handle. It is suitable for all cook tops like gas, induction, ceramic etc. The tawa gets heated uniformly and retains heat for a longer period, thus enabling even cooking and faster dosa making. The product comes with a lifetime warranty. Although it is priced much on the higher side, I am happy with the quality and the results.
