Two women entered retail stores at Tanger Outlets and used coordinated distraction techniques to conceal clothing and commit large thefts. One suspect exited with merchandise hidden in her clothing while the other remained inside selecting and dropping items in low-visibility areas for concealment. Officers later located one suspect near a silver 2022 Mercedes AMG with a Florida temporary tag in the parking lot, where additional stolen merchandise was found inside the vehicle.
