PSEG to begin seeking court orders to allow surveyors right of entry to properties

The Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG), a New Jersey-based power line developer, said in a press release Wednesday that it will begin to seek court orders to allow surveyors the right of entry to certain properties where owners have not voluntarily allowed access as apart of the Maryland Piedmont Reliability Project (MPRP). PSEG said via a press release that for the group to move forward with the infrastructure project, it must start by completing non-invasive environmental surveys, which they called standard practice across many industries for new construction.
