This EFT tapping session is designed to help calm your nervous system, release old patterns, and reconnect you with your sense of self-worth and resilience. When we experience stress or pressure, the body can shift into a fight, flight, or freeze response. Old beliefs such as “I’m not good enough” or “What will people think?” can surface and keep us stuck in cycles of overthinking, procrastination, and self-criticism. You may wish to repeat this session whenever you notice yourself feeling stuck, pressured, or caught in negative thought loops. Take a comfortable seat, follow along with the tapping points, and allow your body to relax as we shift from tension to calm. This is a safe space to pause, breathe, and reset.
