Hey guys! I've been a long time user of the String Butler (I have it on all my guitars that have 3 tuners per side - my Gibsons) and I haven't looked back ever since. Tuning stability is now constant, reliable and unlike other "gadgets", this thing is actually a true piece of German engineering, worth every penny! I am installing and reviewing the brand new V1 version, which is designed to replace your existing truss rod cover - it will fit almost all guitars, since the spaces for you to screw the String Butler and very generous, plus, unlike the V3, this version doesn't cover up any logos on the headstock and you don't have to remove the 1st and 6th string in order to install it, like you would with the V3 since it has to be "sandwiched" in between the headstock and the tuning machine head's bolt. Note: I'm not saying the V3 is "bad at all", you will get the same results with any of their versions (they even have one for Flying V guitars, etc). I'm installing the V1 on my brand new Guild T-Bird ST P90 and I love how it wont cover the eagle inlay and also, even though I would've wanted to get a V3, this guitar has the old school "push-in bushings" so there you go, this makes the v1 even more versatile! Thanks to my dear friend Sven for sending me the V1, I highly reccomend the String Butler, its a must for me! The also make bridges and a cool b-bender system for all you country-playing musicians that doesn't require any drilling or permanent modifications at all, just like the String Butler itself. You can get them here: https://www.string-butler.com/ (They also have dedicated websites for Europe and Canada). I hope you enjoy the video, let me know what you think in the comments and if you haven't already, please click and subscribe to mu channel, I've got tons of gear reviews coming up! Rock and roll! I forgot to edit out a part from the middle of the the video where I was lubricating the nut, apologies!
