Proven Learning Series: Proven Survey

In this session we will cover our new feature called Customer Survey which enables our customers to send survey request forms to their customers for completion to gather valuable statistics on their organization. We will demonstrate how to set up a survey to send a form to the customer for completion and what is required in Proven Jobs to send this form. This form can be sent based on a pre-determined date in the set up within PROVEN CRM and that pre-determined date has been selected on the job in Proven Jobs. Based on the set up in PROVEN CRM, customers can set the survey to go automatically when the date is selected or to be sent manually within the job dates tab in Proven Jobs.
