Okonomiyaki in Hiroshima, Japan. OMG!!!

We had one of the best meals of our life at this tiny "restaurant". The floor of this building has 9 other stalls that are all the same and they are all basically making the same dishes with slight variations. The place is owned by the two women in the video. A mother and daughter team who have been there for 40 years! The mother is 84 years old and moves like she is 20! We bought them drinks to thank them and they were so happy. We were also told that we can ask how old the mother is as it is complementary to hear her age and relay to her that she looks so young. She absolutely loved that! Definitely putting this in the top 10 foods I have eaten and the experience was like nothing I have even had. Everything is cooked right in front of you and you then eat it right off the hot grill. MUST do if you are in Hiroshima!
