A&Z #889 - Randy Santel "Atlas" with Raina Huang and Joel Hansen teamed up versus The 20lb Mexican Fusion Team Food Truck Challenge hosted by Let's Taco 'Bout It Food Truck, Restaurant, & Catering in Atlanta, Georgia!! After attempting The Juicy Crab Cajun Seafood Boil Challenge in Austell, Georgia, I headed to Atlanta, Georgia to meet up with my friends ‪@RainaHuang‬ and ‪@JoelHansen‬. We met at the restaurant location of Let's Taco 'Bout It to be the first team to take on and help kick off their new 20lb Mexican Fusion Team Food Truck Challenge which was all so delicious!! They are known for their Mexican fusion food dishes, especially tacos, bowls, loaded fries, and loaded nachos. There were 5 main meats - juicy pork, jerk chicken, Korean BBQ, beef carne asada, and flavorful shrimp. We had 1 hour to finish 12 tacos, 5 different bowls, 3 plates of loaded fries, and 3 plates of loaded nachos, all totaling right around 20lbs. We were trying to get all our food free, sweet t-shirts, and a team photo on Let's Taco 'Bout It's Wall of Fame. They are know for Mexican fusion dishes - gourmet tacos, bowls, loaded nachos, and loaded fries. For this challenge, our team of 3 people had 1 hour to finish 20lbs of their delicious menu items. There were 5 main meats - Korean BBQ, shrimp, jerk chicken, beef carne asada, and juicy pork. We had to finish 12 tacos, 5 bowls, 3 tasty plates of loaded nachos, and 3 plates of loaded fries. There weren't any required drinks with the challenge, and all the extra sauces were optional too. Winning teams receive the meal free, sweet t-shirts, and a team photo up on the Wall of Fame. This challenge is only offered by special request, so contact the owner in advance if interested.
