WINTER Wild Camp - VANLIFE SUSSEX

This episode was filmed 1st & 2nd December 2022. We take advantage of a sunny winter day to go away in the little red camper but as we head west towards Petworth, West Sussex the sun disappears in the mist! On arrival at the Deer Park we spot a van selling toasted sandwiches and hot drinks which is just what we need to warm us up. We can highly recommend @toastmeupuk We set off on our walk across the Deer Park to Petworth House, a 17th century country house that houses an extensive art collection and is beautifully decorated for Christmas. Our next stop is the pretty, rural town of Storrington where we dodge the traffic to look around the shops. We find a quiet park up to enjoy our cakes from ToastMeUp with a warming cup of tea then we move on to our overnight park up at Bramber and have a very tasty Indian meal. The next morning we explore the Norman church and Bramber Castle.
