The Bread 2000 automatically achieves the same results that would normally require the manual work of four experienced operators. This machine is quick, effective and safe, designed for breading cutlets, fish, shrimps, calamari, meat balls, vegetables, etc., with an output of 1500 to 3000 pieces/hour. The Bread 2000 operates through synchronised successive phases: product dipping into the batter, coating with breadcrumbs, pressing, removal of the excess bread crumbs, product placed into the container. It operates quietly and hygienically without any need for manual handling of the product. The machine can be manually disassembled for an easy cleaning.
