This is definitely one of the harder achievements to unlock in the early portion of the campaign missions. There are three keys to completing this achievement: The first key is to make sure you upgrade your weapons and armor with the +1. Marines benefit immensely from upgrades and 0/0 Marines against 2/2 Zerglings is a nightmare. The second key is to not attack too early. If you attack too early in the mission, you be overwhelmed. There will be inevitable Marine deaths due to Spine Crawlers, so you must have a very large armor before finally going in. The third key is to avoid attacking the top center base from the bottom. The ramp is in a bad position (you have to go "around" and there are several spine crawlers which can tear your units to pieces if you are not careful. It is much easier to attack on the west side, taking out the southernmost base followed by the base on the top left. "Hold the Line" - Station 20 Marines + 10 Medics in front of each set of Bunkers. Build a few bunks in your main base and fill them with Marines. Make sure plenty of SCVs are around the map set on auto-repair.
