The bhati paired with the creamy panchmel dal was next-level delicious. The gatte ki sabji and kadhi were totally different in taste but worked perfectly with the crumbly bhati. The lehsun ki chutney and green chilli tipore brought the heat, while the mildly sweet churme ke laddu wrapped up the meal on a satisfying note. What makes this thali even better?
