Ninja Speedi Mash Serves 3/4 Ppl *Edit Whoops I said Tablespoon instead of Teaspoon (Please don’t poison yourself 🤣) INGREDIENTS. 3 Idaho Potatoes 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth 1/2 -1 cups of water (just enough to cover your potatoes) 2 Tsp Salt 2 Tsp pepper 1 Tsp minced Garlic 1/2 Tsp Dry Parsley 2 Tbl spoon Salted Butter 1/2 cup Heavy cream METHOD 1. Peel & wash 3 Med/Lrg Idaho Potatoes 2. Cut into cubes and place in Speedi 3. Add stock & water to cover potatoes 4. Set speedi to Rapid Cook Steam & Bake for 10 mins @ 400F 5. When the timer is done open & add Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Butter & Heavy cream (& a sneak dash of Mr. Dash) 6. Give a good mash up (don’t worry about a little water in the pot) & taste 7. At this stage add more seasoning to your preference. (I added more butter salt, pepper & parsley. 8. Give 1 last mash up & Enjoy ☘️
