First of all I must state that I have nothing against the manufacturers of this tablet. On the contrary I have been very happy with their previous tablet the Linx 10 which I have used almost since it first came on the market and it has performed beyond my expectations. After seeing the video for the new Linx 12v64 I was convinced to update my old Linx 10 tablet as it is now getting on for three years old so off I went and purchased one. Sadly everything didn't turn out as I had hoped. After reaching out to the manufacturers for a comment and I was astonished by just how good thier customer service was.
