Start by combining the flours, add in sesame seeds, carom seeds, coriander, and cumin powder, red chili powder, Turmeric powder, fresh coriander, yogurt, salt mix everything well together. 2. Now add Asafoetida mix it all again. Add the jaggery, and mix everything well. Bind everything together with water as required. 3. The binding should not be hard or too soft. Make small section and roll it with a pin. Don't make the size too small and should be thick as shown. 4. Now cook it on a skillet. Turn it once after it has started to cook, after a minute start applying oil and keep turning it until golden brown and cooked well. 5. The dhebra is now ready to be served with tea or coffee and with some pickles.
