Butter Cream Frosting Recipe: 2 1/2 Sticks of softened butter 2-4 Cups of Powder Sugar (Less or more depending on how sweet you like your frosting) 1 teaspoon of Vanilla 1/8 teaspoon of salt 1-2 teaspoons of room temperature milk Place your butter in the mixer. With a whisk attachment, whisk butter until it has a whipped consistency. Add your powder sugar. Start your mixer slowly and whisk for 2 minutes. Add your milk and Vanilla. Whisk for another minute. Scrap down the sides of your bowl and the bottom of your bowl and add your salt. Whisk for 1 minute. Frosting can be kept in the fridge for up to 1 week. Let frosting come up to room temperature before applying to your cake, cupcakes or cookies to avoid damage to your baked goods. Enjoy!
