Cuban Lechon Asado in the Crockpot/ My Grandmother's Recipe

This recipe is near and dear to my heart. Everyone in my family loves it. It has been a staple at many family gatherings including Thanksgiving and Christmas! Here is the recipe. It is best to start the night two nights before you plan to eat it. Need: Pork of any kind 5 to 7 cloves of Garlic a tablespoon of oregano Salt and pepper to taste a cup to two cups of orange juice Directions Mash up the garlic until juicy. When juicy mix in the oregano until it looks like a paste. Put the paste on the pork and put it in the crockpot to marinate. Pour the orange juice over the pork. Turn pork regularly, every few hours to evenly marinate. When ready to cook put in crockpot base and cook on high for 4 hours or low 8 hours depending on when you want to eat. Serve with rice and beans and there you go!
