Are you experiencing white flashing lights on your Dabber 2.0 battery? This usually indicates a connection error between the battery and the heating element. Turn the Dabber 2.0 battery off by pressing the button five times rapidly. Ensure the heating element and nail are cool before handling; do not handle after the Dabber 2.0 has been recently used! You'll want to remove the heating element from the Dabber 2.0 battery. To do this, firmly grab the sides of the heating element and turn it counter-clockwise to unthread. Next, grab a dry, clean cloth or paper towel and clean the connector on the bottom of the Dabber 2.0 heating element. Then, carefully attach the heating element by reversing the removal process, being mindful not to overtighten. Turn the battery back on by pressing the button 5 times. Now, press the button 3 times to start the heating process. The indicator light above the button will pulse in the selected temperature. If the Dabber 2.0 lights are still blinking white, contact Vuber for additional support.
