Let it rest for 15-20 mins. In a pan, heat oil and place marinated chicken pieces. Cook each side for 2-3 mins or until fully done. Now place heated coal in an aluminum cup in the center of the pan and drizzle oil on it. Cover the pan with lid and let it smoke for 1-2 mins. Set aside. Directions for Sauce Preparation: In a bowl add Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well. Set aside. Directions for Garlic Rice Preparation: In a pan heat oil and add garlic. Cook for a minute. Add boiled rice, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well. Your Garlic Fried Rice is ready.
