Nick Estes returns to the show to talk about ICE's intense raids in Minneapolis and the murder of Renee Good. We'll talk about how the community is responding and some of the realities on the ground. We'll also talk about Nick's piece "US Imperialism is an Indian War" which is open access on Middle East Critique: https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/epdf/.... The piece discusses how US Empire has used the history and legal justifications of the so-called "Indian Wars" as a legal architecture for US acts of military aggression against "Enemies" without declaring a formal war. We'll talk about how Nick connected the US bombing of Iran during the 12 day war with this history and discuss the kidnapping of Nicolás Maduro and the regime change operations against Iran against this backdrop.
