Double batch of Byron Bay White Chocolate Macadamia Biscuits (Cookies) - Ankarsrum mixer (Australia)

I haven't found any Australian users showing their experiences with the amazing @AnkarsrumAssistent standmixer from Sweden so I'm going to upload videos of my baking journey with the Ankarsrum. I've wanted to find an alternative to KitchenAid which is a great mixer but which I consider to be the apple of the baking world - and I'm an android user with slightly different requirements :D This is not a recipe video - I'm just trying to show how the mixer works. These biscuits were made using the main bowl and dough roller. This is a copycat recipe of White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Biscuits (Cookies) – based on the popular Byron Bay biscuits found in cafes all across Australia, combining white chocolate chunks with macadamia nuts in a big, thick, buttery biscuit.
