Hello today I brought raspberry cheesecake More delicious with raspberry jelly as a layer! I made this using brand new mold, how does it look like? I read about cheesecake book, and it said cookie is fine with rare cheesecake but using bread is more soft and delicious:-) So I tried sheet for the cake~ Also, you can use regular cocoa powder instead of black cocoa powder:) +Also, I froze it since I used silicon mold, if you're using regular mousse ring you can put it in the refrigerator~ I bought silicon mold from online Bottom is 15cm, middle is 19 cm ▶ ingredient -sheet cake(15cm ring pan) 2 egg yolk 20g sugar 3ml vanilla extract 2 egg white 30g sugar 40g cake flour 15g cocoa powder(black) 10ml vegetable oil (bake at 356℉ for 20min) -jelly(15cm mousse ring) 17g gelatin 75g water 230ml raspberry puree 50g sugar (2 hours in the freezer) -cheese mousse(19cm 3D silicon mould) 8g gelatin 35g water 200g cream cheese 80g sugar 10ml lemon juice 80g plain yogurt 230ml heavy cream (please freeze for 5 hours in the freezer) "▷If you liked this video, please comment down below and click the Like button.
