Welcome to our TrojanLabel T3-OPX tech support video on Printhead Nozzle alignment and color density calibration. The printhead nozzle alignment is important to complete during the initial setup of the printer or after replacing the print engine. This will establish a baseline position of our printhead nozzles and adjust to those positions using the die-to-die overlap feature to optimize print quality on uneven surfaces. The Density Color Calibration is used to correct any variances in color from die-to-die in the printhead. This variance can occur from over or under use of a die relative to the surrounding dies. Requirements: 1x Epson V600 Scanner (Product is available directly from AstroNova Inc. You must use this scanner. Other scanner models will not work.) Paper type: Non-glossy, Matte paper that is minimum (A4) 8.3 x 11.7 inches and between 160 – 300 grams.
