DIY Hitting Mats/ Strips | Part 1 | Blue Collar Golf Simulator Build series | Monster Mat Tamed!

Today's video is about the inserts or hitting mats (Holy Grail) for my Golf Tee Box in my Blue Collar Golf Simulator. My favorite is a piece of Monster Mat I was able to tame, and make a lot easier to hit on for a long period of time. It was cut from my sons mat to put in a more forgiving hitting strip. I think I have figured out a way to use the Monster Mat, not cut it, but still give it the forgiveness people crave! No modifications to the mat! Just the base. I built the whole system for under $1000 including almost everything! I have more how to videos and experiences with the Build. There is a do and don't for a lot of things it seems. I play mostly on GSPro software, love the community and all the courses that are there to be played, and so many options for play. My favorite game when by myself is a 2 man scramble, and I am both of the players. Learn from mistakes, shoot a score that at least makes you feel better!
