This Family Constellation Training video is for students & facilitators of the work. It shares with you my thinking process while facilitating a Family Constellation workshop. This is important, especially for new facilitators to normalize the process of facilitating a Constellation. Learning to facilitate Family Constellation work is difficult. You are getting this teaching after I have worked in the Field for 15 years. It is important that you know that it can be scary facilitating and that this is NORMAL. That you can have doubts, move in the wrong directions, take representatives in and out of a Constellation. I can feel stuck at times and have to reset. All of this is NORMAL and part of facilitation. What do you think as you watch this, what are the comments and thoughts that come up for you? Leave them below, let's have a conversation. I think this will be of value to those of you new to the work. Even more experienced facilitators may get value from this. This is the FIRST TIME I have ever offered this. I believe it is the first time one of these have ever been offered in the world. I've never seen one, but it is a blessing of Zoom that we can do this.
