This week included: • Two workouts every day • A high-protein diet • Lots of long walks (trying to add more variety soon) • Reading every day • And staying disciplined even on Holi when I almost slipped up… I actually ended up finishing my second workout at 12 AM just to stay on track. Safe to say this is the most disciplined I’ve ever been. In this vlog I’m sharing the honest reality of Week 1, the small struggles, the routines that are working, and how I’m trying to stay consistent for the rest of the challenge.
