Ceremonial Distribution of CLOA to Agrarian Beneficiaries of Maguindanao (Speech) 2/11/2019

Buluan, Maguindanao February 11, 2019 President Rodrigo Roa Duterte led the ceremonial distribution of Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOA) to 780 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) at the Buluan Municipal Gymnasium in Maguindanao. In the event, Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Secretary John Castriciones, Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) Regional Governor Mujiv Hataman, and Maguindanao Governor Esmael Mangudadatu assisted President Duterte in the CLOA distribution to the two (2) representatives of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries of Maguindanao. A total of 1,740.3456 hectares of land shall be distributed to the recipients from the seventeen (17) municipalities of Maguindanao. In his message, President Duterte shared his administration’s plans on land reform and directive to the Department of Agrarian Reform, saying, “Malawak ang bukid, ang plano ko ibigay lahat. Sabi ko nga kay Secretary Castriciones ibigay mo na lahat yan sa panahon ko, lahat ng lupa ng gobyerno. Wala nang nakikialam diyan. Pati bukid ibigay mo na.
