Katie came to visit Dr Rosh wanting the more ‘model sleek face’ look through filler. Katie already has great bone structure, which meant we only had to add slightly to that to create the vision she wanted. When Dr Rosh assessed Katies face, he noticed one of her cheek bones were slightly lower on one side than the other, meaning he needed to create symmetry using both a cannula and needle. This ensured it was a perfectly symmetrical volumized finish when adding to the cheeks. We also decided to add a small amount of filler to the jaw and the chin to continuing creating the ‘snatched model’ look on Katie which turned out amazingly! Adding to the finishing touches, there has also been filler added to the temple to slightly lift the brows aswell as adding botox to the masseter to ensure the jaw still has a soft finish.
