Several times I've received baritone ukuleles purchased online that were unexpectedly tuned GCEA. This is a big deal, if you were counting on getting a DGBE instrument. The one thing I wouldn't do is return the instrument! Look at this as an opportunity to set up the instrument exactly as you want it. First consider leaving it tuned GCEA. Play the uke a while as it came to you! Second, if you find you want a deeper sound but like playing GCEA chords, simply replace the 4th string with a low G string. Here's a set I recommend: PhD Baritone GCEA Low G Premium High Density Ukulele Strings. Get these on eBay for $12, free shipping. Replace the 4th string, or all of them, as you choose. Third, buy a set of baritone strings DGBE. I think you'll find PhD strings on eBay also a good choice. What To Do With A Baritone Ukulele That Arrives Tuned GCEA?
