Although we like Bean Sprouts with Salted Fish a lot, this is not a common dish we order when dining out. Firstly, bean sprouts costs next to nothing but they cost ridiculously expensive for the value that you get from bean sprouts. Secondly, the eateries outside never seem to give enough salted fish which is supposed to be the essence of this dish. So we gave up trying looking for the stall or restaurant to serve this perfect and decided to take the matter in our own hands by cooking it ourselves...Hmmpf!
