#橙汁鸡柳 材料: ♦ 鸡胸肉2块切条 ♦ 香橙3粒取汁 ♦ 香橙皮碎少许 ♦ 葱碎及蒜蓉各一大匙 A) 腌料 : (腌2小时) ♦ 绍兴酒1汤匙 ♦ 蚝油2汤匙 ♦ 酱油2汤匙 ♦ 胡椒粉少许 ♦ 木薯粉少许 B)炸粉:(混合均匀侍用) ♦ 面粉200g ♦ 粟米粉100g ♦ 粘米粉100g C) 调味: ♦ 3粒橙汁 ♦ 蚝油1汤匙 ♦ 酱油1汤匙 ♦ 蜜糖1汤匙 ♦ 糖1汤匙, ♦ 盐少许 ♦ 1小碗水。 做法: 1) 鸡胸肉切成柳条,放入调味(A)腌2小时。 2)拿出腌好的鸡柳沾上混合的(B)粉。然后放入锅用中火炸金黄色捞出,再加大火放入复炸大约20秒。 3) 用少许油小火爆香蒜蓉葱碎,把调味(C)倒入锅内煮起泡,再倒入之前炸好的鸡柳翻炒收汁就0K了。 4) 装上碗里,橙汁鸡柳上面加上红&青辣椒丝点缀,便可以开吃了,Yummy🥰🥰😋😋 Orange Chicken Fillet Ingredients: ♦ 2 pieces of chicken breast (cut into strips) ♦ 3 orange juice (Squeezed) ♦ a little crushed orange peel ♦ 1 tablespoon each of chopped spring onion and minced garlic. A) Marinade: (marinate for 2 hours) ♦ 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine ♦ 2 tbsp oyster sauce ♦ 2tbsp soy sauce ♦ a little pepper ♦ a little tapioca flour B) Fried flour: (mixed evenly serve) ♦ 200g of flour ♦ 100g of corn flour ♦ 100g of rice flour C) Seasoning: ♦ 3 orange juice ♦ 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce ♦ 1 tablespoon of soy sauce ♦ 1 tablespoon of honey ♦ 1 tablespoon of sugar, ♦ A pinch of salt ♦ A small bowl of water. Steps: 1) Cut the Chicken into Fillet, marinate in seasoning (A) for 2 hours. 2) Take out the marinated chicken fillet and coat it with the mixed (B) powder. Then put into the wok with medium heat, fried till light golden brown and remove them. Turn to high heat for double frying, refry approximately about 20seconds for more crunchy and crispy results. Remove them and set aside once it's golden brown. 3) Leave about 1 or 2 tbsp of oil, add garlic & onion fry till fragrant. Add a little crushed orange peel. Add in the seasoning (C) boil till bubbling, and then pour in the fried chicken fillet, stir fast with till all well mixed. 4) Put in a bowl, add some red & green chili shreds to garnish on the orange chicken fillet, and it's ready to be served.
