TOTO - Moodido (The Match) - Official Music of the XXIII Olympiad Los Angeles - 1984 (Guitar Cover)

This was used for Boxing matches at the 1984 LA Olympics and it's a really fun sounding track. Almost a precursor to some of the video game music that came in the 90's. It's a bit of a random one to cover but it's been a random busy month and I couldn't let it slip by without getting a video done. My fingers and calluses are really sore, but then again, they always are when trying to mimic Luke! I embellish a few things here and there, and follow some synth stuff, and I try to replicate what I think would be there in the hard to hear bits. It's cool to hear Luke do certain phrases through different eras. There's certainly some Isolation licks in this! I hope you enjoy, and I'll be back very soon this time! :) I'm using my Charvel DK24 into my Boss Me50, into my RedSeven LilWave (which I think is great for this era of Luke) into my Palmer PDI-09 into my interface recording onto Logic Pro X where I add some reverb and EQ.
