A BREATHTAKING ROADTRIP THROUGH NORWAY - FJ. SELTMANN

WELCOME IN NORWAY! Read here more about my thoughts, locations, support and equipment. So far this is my favorite travel video. I never took so much work time in one project. In April 2018 we started our trip through Norway and it was really an amazing time. Of course, it was not the comfiest trip I´ve ever done, but it was such a good experience and probably not the last time. The feeling that a road trip gives you is so unique. The editing process took a lot of time and also it's easy to see how I improve myself, from minute to minute, in this video. First it was just a trip to have fun and see new things, but while I edited I realized that I got a big message with these shots, for myself. As I was going through my footage of the Nigardsbreen and listen to the Song "New Land" I got really goosebumps and started to cry. Never had that before while editing. I imagined how these places would look like in around 30 years. I imagined that everything that we love about our planet disappears. I know its really self ironic because im an aircraft mechanic, but I think it's perfect to get different perspectives. To find a way to do more for the planet and show it with my videos is maybe the most beautiful thing that I can do with my video skills. Also I asked Native Young to use her track as introduction of the main video. I'm very glad that they gave me the perfect music for it. (Erase - Native Young) Thank you!
