In this recording session, veteran rock superproducer Butch Vig sets up shop in the Foo Fighters Studio 606 to track drums for three original compositions. Vig, a longtime V-Drums and DW Soundworks user with his band Garbage, utilizes the latest V-Drums Series 7 in the session. He invites powerhouse drummer Abe Cunningham of Deftones, also a V-Drums player, to lay down some meaty grooves. Seeking unique tones for each song, Vig and Cunningham trial sounds, dial them in, and record complete takes.
